Every purchase of The Forgotten Covenant is covered by a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a complete refund within 60 days of the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
You have two options, and both work:
1. Email us. Write to support@forgottencovenant.com with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your Digistore24 order number. We process the request within 2 business days.
2. Directly with Digistore24. Because Digistore24 Inc. is the merchant of record for this purchase, you may also request the refund through their buyer support at digistore24.com/customer, using the order number in your purchase confirmation email.
Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5 to 10 business days.
The Forgotten Covenant is a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
